Our firm was originally started by Connie Johnson, CPA when she opened her office in Welllington, Ohio in 1980 before adding a Willard office location shortly after in 1985. Brian Lodermeier, CPA joined as a partner in 2021 forming Lodermeier & Johnson CPAs which has now become Elevated Accounting, where both Brian and Connie continue to this day.

In 2025 Elevated Finance was started by Brian as a Registered Investment Advisor so that the two affiliated businesses, operating together as Elevated Accounting & Finance, could better serve clients through direct action and management of retirement or investment accounts to maximize the value of our tax and retirement planning.

Our goal at Elevated Accounting & Finance is to offer our communities with advice they can trust from professionals with the knowledge and experience to help you achieve long term financial success in business and personally. We go through rigorous continuing education and regulation by the state of Ohio and strictly adhere to a fiduciary’s standard of duty to loyalty and care.
