Program description

Elevated Accounting LLC (operating as Elevated Accounting & Finance) offers an SMS program that lets existing clients text the firm to ask account questions — such as current balances, accounts payable and receivable totals, the status of specific checks or transactions, and recent activity — and receive a reply by text. The program also sends related transactional account notifications and conversational replies (for example, a confirmation prompt or a message directing you to the secure client portal). This is a transactional program, not a marketing program.

How you enroll (consent)

You are enrolled only after you provide explicit, opt-in consent through a web form in our secure client portal. Under Settings → Text message updates, you enter your mobile number and check a box affirmatively agreeing to receive transactional account-related text messages from Elevated Accounting LLC at the number you provide. The consent screen discloses that messages are transactional (not marketing), that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and it links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. We record each consent with a timestamp, and no number is enrolled without this recorded opt-in. We do not add numbers without consent, and we do not use mobile information for marketing.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the questions you send. You will generally receive messages only in response to your texts or as account notifications related to your account.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. Elevated Accounting & Finance does not charge for the SMS program itself.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you re-enroll. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the support information below.
